Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to the website www.plazahuatulco.com. By accessing this page, you agree to all its terms of use, without limitation or exception.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

The guest, by making a reservation through this method and/or by checking in, either through digital means or a paper form, accepts and signs the service agreement, which is considered properly completed by both parties with the data captured during the reservation process. RULES

The guest, by making a reservation through this method and/or by checking in, either through digital means or a paper form, accepts each and every one of the guidelines established in the hotel's internal regulations (House Rules), which can be reviewed at the following link: https://plazahuatulco.com/es/aboutus under the RULES section.

FEES

  • The rates published on the Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows website are valued per night of stay.
  • Promotional or special rates are only valid when booking online at www.plazahuatulco.com.
  • Once agreed upon, prices published in U.S. dollars (USD) are converted to the national currency (MXN).
  • All rates include VAT, tourist taxes, and government taxes.
  • Details of room rates are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice.

RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations can be processed online at www.plazahuatulco.com, through our Call Center, or by calling us directly at 958.109.4199.
  • The hotel requires a confirmed reservation with a deposit equivalent to the first night of stay before your arrival.
  • Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Guarantee Deposit; otherwise, they are not valid.
  • Inquiries regarding reservations are not automatically confirmed but are handled individually, with a response provided within 2 business days.

HOTEL + FLIGHT BOOKINGS

Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows is only responsible for your accommodation reservation. Any communication related to your flights should be directed to the agency with which you made the booking.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in or entry time is no later than 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out or departure time is at 11:00 a.m.
  • Check-out after 11:00 a.m. will be subject to a charge of $100.00 USD per reservation.
  • Check-out after 1:00 p.m. will be subject to a charge equivalent to the price of the following night at the current rate on our website.
  • We do not offer late check-out or extended departure services.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

  • A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required and will be charged at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid directly at the hotel on the day of your arrival.
  • The deposit must be sent to Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows with a copy sent to our email or via WhatsApp.
  • Upon check-in, a government-issued photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit are required to cover any additional charges.

PAYMENTS

  • A credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation.
  • Payments must be directed to Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows.
  • If you provide credit card details, we will use this information confidentially solely for the purpose of processing your payment.
  • A Guarantee Deposit is required at the time of confirming your reservation (including room rate, VAT, and service charges).

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Any changes to a reservation are subject to availability and will be adjusted based on the current rate for the new dates, which can never be lower than the original rate.
  • Any reservation canceled or modified 3 days or less before the arrival date will incur a penalty of one night’s stay plus taxes and service charges.
  • Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows reserves the right to charge your credit card a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of nights reserved.

    • OUR SEASONS

    Our seasons for reservations are:

    Premium Season

    • Holy Week and Easter Week (Variable dates)
    • Christmas to New Year (December 23 to January 5) High Season
    • Holidays according to the SEP calendar (Mexican Secretariat of Public Education)
    • Día de Muertos.
    • Any legal holiday, including long weekends if applicable.
    • Virgen de Juquila and the weekend.
    • Candelaria Day, Day of the Holy Cross, and the weekend.
    • Local festivities
    • Sports events, fishing, triathlons, open water swimming, etc.

    Winter High Season

    • From November 1st to the first day of Easter vacation.

    Low Season

    • From the end of summer vacation to October 31st (with the exception of the previously mentioned dates).

    MINIMUM STAYS AND RENTAL RATES

    • Low Season: 1 night
    • Premium Season: 3 nights
    • High Season: 2 nights
    • A full charge will apply for no-shows and cancellations made on the day confirmed for check-in.
    • A full charge will apply for short or incomplete stays.
    • The cancellation policy does not apply to special non-refundable promotions.

    HOTEL SERVICES

    • Some services within the hotel are free, while others require a minimum fee. Please confirm when making your reservation or contact us to avoid confusion.
    • The hotel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned by or under the custody of the Client or their guests, employees, agents, contractors, or external suppliers. The hotel provides safes at the Client's own risk. Pets are only allowed in rooms specifically assigned for that purpose.
    • Housekeeping service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Service outside of these hours incurs an additional fee and is subject to availability.
    • Only one towel per guest is provided daily. If additional towels are required, there is an extra charge. Please do not remove towels from the rooms. Missing or damaged towels will incur an additional charge.
    • Bedding damaged by guests with permanent stains such as sunscreen, mosquito repellent, makeup, mascara, or hair dye will be charged per item.

    RESTRICTIONS

    Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows is a resort for guests over 18 years old and minors accompanied by an adult. The following items are not allowed to be brought into the hotel:

    • Pillows, sheets, comforters, or other bed linens.
    • Electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking.
    • Weapons

    Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the mentioned items if found in any room immediately and without prior notice, and to charge you for the costs incurred in taking that measure.

    GUEST BEHAVIOUR

    You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not disturb the enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to terminate your reservation and the reservation of your group members immediately if we (acting reasonably) consider your behavior to be in violation of this clause. Behaviors that we reasonably consider inappropriate include, but are not limited to:

    • Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
    • State of intoxication or rebellious behavior.
    • Any behavior that appears offensive to other guests or staff members. We will act reasonably when making any determination under this clause. If we cancel your reservation, you will be required to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your group. Full payment for any damage or loss must be made before your departure. If you fail to make the payment, you will be responsible for fulfilling any claims (including legal costs) made against us as a result of your actions, along with all expenses we incur in pursuing any legal action against you. Our obligations to you end when the reservation is completed. We have no obligation for reimbursement of lost accommodation, and we are not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

    We may send you news and information via electronic means regarding special offers and promotions. An unsubscribe notice will be provided in each message we send. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can send a blank email to hotelplazahuatulco@gmail.com. Hotel Plaza Huatulco & Bungalows will not share your data with third parties. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
